The Challenge:
Former ETS CEO and President, Walt MacDonald, wanted to create a monthly event that enabled him to sit down with employees in an informal format and discuss employee concerns and corporate news.

The Solution:
I created the theme, What's Brewing, and the event became a get together to drink coffee and chat about the company,
​
ETS also provided coffee mugs with What's Brewing/ETS branding for every employee who attended.
​
This event was a great success that lasted until the COVID-19 lockdown.
